Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery. When trying on your item, please try your best to handle and repackage it with care. Any garments returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.

Please email hello@musa-swim.com with which items you intend to return, along with the reason why. Please package up your items safe and securely, and send to the below address:

We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

We aim to process all returns within 10-14 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund and will follow up with a returns confirmation email.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to fluctuating levels of our sustainable swimwear stock, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, please order the item you would like and return your old item using the returns form included in your delivery.
